About this body of work
Builder first. Medium second.
I am Josiah Wilson. I follow questions across software, science, hardware, data, and business when the problem asks for it.
How I work
Most projects begin with a concrete frustration or an unanswered question. I try to make the problem observable, build a working artifact, and preserve enough evidence to tell the difference between what was intended and what actually happened.
AI-assisted, explicitly
AI agents are often part of the implementation team. Each case study separates the direction, decisions, and review I owned from code, documentation, or analysis materially produced with AI assistance.
Why a compendium
A highlight reel hides too much. This site also keeps the paused projects, failed assumptions, limits, and lessons—because those are part of the engineering record.
