## Positioning

Builder first. Medium second. Josiah follows questions across software,
science, hardware, data, and business when the problem asks for it.

## How Josiah works

Most projects begin with a concrete frustration or an unanswered question. He
tries to make the problem observable, build a working artifact, and preserve
enough evidence to distinguish what was intended from what actually happened.

## AI-assisted, explicitly

AI agents are often part of the implementation team. Each case study separates
the direction, decisions, and review Josiah owned from code, documentation, or
analysis materially produced with AI assistance.

## Why a compendium

A highlight reel hides too much. The Compendium also keeps paused projects,
failed assumptions, limits, and lessons because those are part of the
engineering record.

## Public contact

Josiah is open to paid work, employment opportunities, collaborations, and
thoughtful ideas worth exploring. He is based in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.
